Workshop terms & conditions

How do I get a quote?

Accurate quotes usually require an in-person assessment, especially for complex repairs. We’ll provide a detailed quote for your approval before work begins. Not nearby? Send a clear video showing your bike’s condition and the issue to 0487 163 447, and we’ll email an estimate.

Which bikes do you service?

We service Volition bikes and bikes purchased from us. Selected other brands, including Fat Boy, may be accepted depending on workshop availability. Under our updated policy from late 2026, we reserve the right to decline servicing or repairs on bikes not purchased from us—even if we’ve serviced them before. Not sure? Send us photos, and we’ll confirm whether we can help.

Can I buy spare parts and do the job myself?

We don’t sell generic spare parts separately—they must be fitted by us. Bought a bike from us and live outside Sydney? Contact us to arrange spare parts—we’re happy to help.

Will my repair be done the same day?

Please plan to leave your bike with us. We generally don’t offer on-the-spot service.

Complex jobs2–3 weeks or longer

Simple repairs can be completed the same day if capacity allows. Please allow a few days when parts are needed or the workshop is busy.

Complex jobs may take 2–3 weeks or longer, depending on parts delivery. All timing depends on parts, workload and contractor availability. Emergency repairs may cost extra.

Travelling from out of town? Contact us before travelling. Please collect your bike promptly once it’s ready.

Labour & common rates

Standard workshop labour for all accepted bikes, including Volition, other brands and Sur-Rons: from $160 an hour.

We’ll send a quote for your confirmation. Workshop recorded time applies and may include customer consultation time.

Common rates above exclude electric motorbikes. Acceptance of other brands depends on workshop availability.

Safety check

  • Check wheels and handlebars are tight.
  • Make sure the bike feels solid and safe overall.
  • Check tyre pressure.
  • Includes a test ride.

Bike fit check

  • Confirm the bike rides straight.
  • Check the gears shift correctly.
  • Check the stem points straight.
  • Other fit-related checks as needed.
Checks are not usually free.
A labour charge usually applies. Typical charge: 10–15 minutes’ labour ($30–$40).
